From the very beginning of the production of this Cullen Technical Guide we committed to taking a very customer-focused approach to the design and layout. We visited customers, engineers and housebuilders before beginning work, so that we could understand exactly what was required from our new literature. We took the time to listened to comments about the information in the former Technical Guide and have made changes to enable users to easily access the data relevant to them.
