REQUIREMENTS

You will hold a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any subject. A business related degree would be an advantage. A committed, hardworking and
proactive attitude is essential for this position, with an enthusiasm for learning
and success

You must be willing to relocate. We have multiple offices in the south of England and Scotland. Whilst most likely in our main Crawley or Glenrothes sites, placements could be at any one of our sites and potentially field based. Where there is a change of location between placements, reasonable relocation support is provided.

General Management Graduate Scheme

We develop and invest in graduates for our VP General Management talent pipeline who demonstrate the potential to become assistant managers by the end of our 3-year programme and reach a leadership role one day.

Our programme is designed for graduates who have exceptional business acumen, drive and ambition to excel.

You will have a comprehensive induction period in which you will be introduced to your mentor, colleagues and ITW business philosophies. As your first placement, you will join one of our commercial or operations teams for 6 months gaining a valuable insight to our business, products and customers.
This is followed by a series of assignments in different business functions for up to 9 months each where you will have the opportunity to take the lead on key challenges and projects, preparing you for your first role as an Assistant Manager and onwards to a future leadership role. This programme will be tailored to suit your career development from day one.
